The leopard was my favorite animal when I was growing up and I dreamed of having one for a pet. That probably wasn't a great idea since they will pretty much eat anything from dung beetles to giraffes. They can also run fast (36 mph) and climb trees. They are considered near-threatened because of habitat loss.
